Looking for the Automation Testing Trainers who are passionate helping people in getting JOBS.
- Minimum 5 Years of development/Automation experience. No teaching experience required.
- Should be able to learn and train the students on the latest Technologies.
- Ability to motivate and lead 6 members team.
- Need to hold 100% responsibility for the placements of the students.
Training Program Model:
You just need to guide the students. No training on the whiteboard. The training is only on the live project with code snippets. No theory classes at all. All students are already trained in other institutes. They are here only for their JOBS. Anything that helps the students to be different from other students and will help them get the job is welcome.
- 2 Hours per day, anytime of your choice in a day before 12 Noon. No need to take the classes same time every day. You can manage according to your office timings and can manage in the office breaks as well.

- Incentive: 5,000 on every successful placement, Expecting 4 to 5 placements per month
- Bonus: Bonus is paid quarterly based on the company' business and Individual performance
- Stocks option: Yes, Is considered on completion of SIX months.
- We aim you to earn approximately 40K per month just for 2 hours of training per day/month
Support to Succeed in your Role:
- 2 highly skilled and motivated Interns are given for every 10 Students to assist the students.
- 1 Trainer to support your teaching topics, You can share a few topics
- 2 Front office Technical Counsellors to help you
- 1 Soft Skills trainer to make sure students succeed in an interview
- 1 Placement Office to tap all the open positions and scheduling the interviews at least once per week
